Jessica Bainbridge has spent her life exploring human behaviour.

Growing up in England, Jess watched her father, a member of the prestigious London Magic Circle, perform the most extraordinary illusions. This sparked a lifelong obsession with how people think, why they connect and what makes an experience unforgettable.

This fascination led her to the stage early, pursuing performance and the art of magic and mentalism. She later went on to win a UK National Speaker of the Year award at just 17. This confirmed what she had always believed: the ability to truly connect with people, to hold a room and move an audience, is one of the most powerful skills a person can develop.

What followed was a career built entirely around people. Jess has worked across sales, communications and events, building programs that brought people together, from communities for female entrepreneurs to internationally recognised space technology programs. Today, she is also a people skills and sales coach, helping professionals build the social intelligence that no algorithm can replicate.

Jess holds a BA Hons in Television and Film and has trained at NIDA and Sydney Drama School. Her performance background adds a depth of storytelling and emotional craft that transforms events.

As a mentalist, keynote speaker, MC and corporate entertainer, Jess uses live demonstrations of mind-reading, psychological predictions and behavioural insights to create experiences that feel impossible.

Based in Sydney and performing across Australia and internationally, Jess works with organisations that want their audiences to walk away energised, connected and armed with practical insights they'll use.
